Sound Off

Students give voice to the growing concerns on radio consolidation!

363 students were asked to comment on Sarah Handel's Sound Salvation: Radio Consolidation and the Marginalization of Political Voices thesis (Georgetown University, Washington D.C., http://www3.georgetown.edu/grad/cct/8942.html), and reflect on her work's relevance to the state of the radio industry. Some students also made reference to Alan Beck's Death of Radio (University of Kent, Canterbury, UK, http://www.kent.ac.uk/sdfva/rp/index.html).
